A Love Letter to the Pacific Northwest
Seattle, the Eastside and everything in between
Rachel came to the Pacific Northwest from California, and like a lot of people who move here, she stayed on purpose.
This is a region where you can see a city skyline and a mountain trailhead in the same afternoon. A morning on Lake Washington might start with a bald eagle overhead and end with a meeting in downtown Bellevue or South Lake Union. Snoqualmie Pass is under an hour away in ski season, and in summer the lakes and the Sound become everyone’s backyard.
Every neighborhood keeps its own pace. Queen Anne and Magnolia have the views and the quiet streets. Madrona and Leschi sit close to the lake with a village feel. Kirkland and Bellevue pair lively downtowns with waterfront parks, and Mercer Island sits between Seattle and the Eastside, a short drive from both.
The economy here is broader than most people expect, from technology and aerospace to global retail, health care and sports. With direct flights to Asia and Europe and Vancouver, BC a few hours north, it’s an easy place to arrive and an easy place to travel from. That’s a big part of why so many of our clients are relocating here.
Our job is to help you find the part of it that fits. Whether you’re moving across the country or across the bridge, we’ll show you these neighborhoods the way we know them, from the inside.
