RE-VESTA Group is a Seattle and Eastside luxury real estate team led by principal and managing broker Rachel Schindler. We represent buyers and sellers across Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and Mercer Island.

Seattle

Queen Anne and Magnolia are where we spend most of our Seattle time, from view homes on the hill to quieter streets near Discovery Park. They’re two of the city’s most established neighborhoods, and we know them block by block.

Bellevue & Kirkland, The Eastside

West Bellevue and the Lake Washington waterfront draw buyers who want more space without giving up an easy drive into the city. In Kirkland, waterfront neighborhoods like Holmes Point are where moorage and lake access matter as much as square footage.

Mercer Island

Mercer Island has been part of RE-VESTA from the beginning, and many of our longest client relationships started here. It’s a small market where timing and the right conversations often matter more than the listing date.
